I have made this recipe in different pans, and I got the best results in my cast iron pan. You can indeed use the frying pan that you have, but it has to be oven-friendly.

Grease your cast iron pan with olive oil and layer each potato slice until the bowl is empty. Spray a thin layer of olive oil spray and set the pan aside.
Heat your oven to 375 and bake for around 45 minutes or until crispy and to your liking.
Once the crispy potatoes are finished, set them aside to cool for about 10 to 15 minutes before serving. I have always enjoyed this dish without any dips, but it can also be paired with a delightful homemade garlic dip. This dish is a solid 10/10, and I highly recommend serving this as an appetizer or as an entree.
To enhance this dish, serve it with a small charcuterie board and pair it with rosé wine. The combination of flavours will impress your guests and elevate the dining experience. Don't forget to garnish the potatoes with fresh herbs for an added touch of colour and freshness. Please share your thoughts in the comments—did you enjoy this recipe?
