I have passed by CA LEM Crèmerie Creamery in NDG dozens of times, and I finally decided to go in and try their very popular and delicious ice cream. CA LEM Creamery has several locations throughout Montreal that serve their distinct ice cream. Today I visited the location at 6926 Sherbrooke St W, which is steps away from Concordia University.

CA LEM Creamery is a family and women-owned business that has been in operation since the summer of 2016. The shop offers a diverse selection of ice creams, sorbets, and waffles that come with various toppings.

I love a dessert shop that offers seating, and CA LEM Crèmerie Creamery does just that. There is a "summer patio" for outdoor seating, as well as indoor seating available. The interior is very cozy, and the style is kind of chic.

Now, let's discuss the exciting part: the ice cream! There were numerous flavors to choose from, but I opted for the taro flavor! A scoop on a sugar cone cost around $5.50, taxes included. Taro desserts have always been one of my favorites, and this flavor was a solid 10/10. What really stood out was the taste. The taro flavor was full frontal with a tinge of sweetness. It was the perfect balance.

The ice cream menu at CA LEM Crèmerie Creamery has additional flavors, such as triple chocolate, Vietnamese coffee, maple candied pecans, black sesame, matcha, and berry swirls, among others.

They are also known for their soft swirl ice cream and swirl sorbet that come in various flavors. I honestly cannot wait to go back and try more of the menu, as the ice cream has an authentic taste, and I left with a good impression of the shop, and the service was great.
