When I think of ice cream shops in Montreal, Ben & Jerry's are always at the top of my list. The flavours are always evolving, and the taste is still classic. Currently, Ben & Jerry's has two locations in downtown Montreal that offer a wide variety of options, ranging from beloved staples to unique seasonal creations. It is a perfect stop for a sweet treat after a long day or dinner in the downtown area.
Ben & Jerry’s Annual Free Cone Day takes place every year on April 14th and draws large crowds at each location. Last year I queued up, and honestly, the wait was almost an hour. but worth it. Ben & Jerry's Free Cone Day is celebrated worldwide, and many people eagerly anticipate this event to sample their favourite flavours as well as to explore new ones. The atmosphere is always filled with excitement and the sweet aroma of freshly made waffle cones. It's a delightful tradition that not only satisfies the taste buds but also brings the community together in a joyful celebration of ice cream.
