ROLLYS Dessert Shop Downtown Montreal
ROLLYS is the newest dessert shop that has opened its doors in Montreal. Drawing large crowds to try their unique desserts, ROLLYS did not disappoint with its unique combination of flavours and stunning presentation. Located in downtown Montreal at 1629 Rue Sainte-Catherine O, ROLLYS is just a five-minute walk from the Guy-Concordia metro station and is close to some of the city’s most popular restaurants.
ROLLYS is gaining recognition for its gourmet Cinnabons, featuring fresh fruit and indulgent ingredients. There is a selection of over a dozen different Cinnabons, all baked fresh daily and available to the public starting at 11 AM. The menu at ROLLYS features decadent brioche rolls. There are tons of flavours to choose from. They offer the classic, pistachio, raspberry, lemon, and more. It was hard to choose because everything looked and smelled amazing. I ended up getting the raspberry, and it was a solid 10/10.
First off! The portion was big enough to feed two people. The taste on the inside is classic; the cinnamon was not too heavy, and the sweetness was just right. The outside was soft, and the layers peeled like butter. The outside had a nice crust and was bouncy to the touch. The cream cheese frosting was rich and tasty; I am a huge frosting fan, and that part alone gets a 10/10. The raspberry jelly was amazing and paired well with frosting. This combination is really elevating the dessert to another level of decadence.

If you love brioche cinnamon rolls, then head on down to ROLLYS. This newly popular dessert shop won't disappoint. There are tons of flavours to choose from, and the toppings are delicious. The prices at Cinnabon are reasonable, a little on the expensive side, so be prepared to spend $9.19, taxes included, for one of the signature/deluxe options.
There is no seating on-site, and I did not see a customer bathroom. Items can be purchased on-site or ordered through Uber Eats.
