With a 4.7-star rating and thousands of Google reviews, it’s easy to understand why this café has become such a beloved destination in Montreal.
The moment you step inside, you are welcomed by the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and homemade desserts. The tempting display of pastries makes it almost impossible not to indulge in something sweet. The menu features a delicious selection of Italian-inspired treats and specialty drinks, including tiramisu, biscotti, bomboloni, lemon cake, pera e ricotta, cannoli, and more. The quality of their desserts is exceptional, especially considering the reasonable prices.
During my visit to Café Olimpico Old Port, I ordered their homemade caffè crema, a caffè latte, tiramisu, and cannoli. The caffè latte was smooth and perfectly balanced, making it the ideal companion for their rich and creamy tiramisu. The tiramisu had the perfect texture and sweetness—indulgent without being overwhelming.
The cannoli was another highlight, with a deliciously creamy filling and a satisfying crunch that made every bite worth it. However, the true star of my visit was their homemade caffè crema. With its smooth texture and authentic Italian flavor, I would easily rate it a 10/10. Café Olimpico continues to be one of my favorite places in Montreal to enjoy quality coffee, homemade desserts, and a welcoming café experience.
