Charyū features 25 different ceremonial matchas, imported aged puerh teas, and an incredible selection of more than 500 types of loose-leaf tea from Japan. With such an extensive selection, tea lovers will have plenty to discover and explore.
I was fortunate enough to receive an invitation to the grand opening of Charyū, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The event gave me the opportunity to learn more about Japanese culture, traditional tea-making, and the care and attention that goes into preparing tea. Of course, the tea wasn’t the only thing that caught my attention! There was also a delicious selection of homemade matcha desserts and various Japanese-inspired snacks to enjoy throughout the event. 🍵🍰✨
