Located at 6872 Rue St-Hubert, Montréal, Charyū offers handmade teapots, 25 different ceremonial matchas, imported puerh-aged teas, and over 500 types of loose-leaf tea from Japan. I got an invitation to their grand opening and thoroughly enjoyed the event. I learned a lot about Japanese culture and tea making. There was also a selection of delicious homemade matcha desserts and various snacks. Charyū will continue to grow in popularity for their attention to detail, friendly staff, and amazing atmosphere.
