Vegetable Pan-Fried Dumplings and Traditional Korean Side Dishes

To start my meal at Kim Galbi, I ordered the vegetable pan-fried dumplings, and they were a delicious way to begin the experience. The dumplings were perfectly cooked, with a crispy golden exterior and a soft, flavourful filling inside. Each bite had a great balance of texture, making them a satisfying appetizer to enjoy before the main dishes.

One of the things I enjoyed about the meal was that each order also came with complimentary traditional Korean side dishes, including beansprouts, kimchi, and fermented tofu. These small dishes added extra variety and authentic Korean flavours to the table, creating a more complete and enjoyable dining experience.

Bulgogi Combo, Chicken Glass Noodles, and Pan-Fried Dumplings

Choosing what to order at Kim Galbi was not an easy decision, as every dish on the menu looked delicious and tempting. After looking through the options, I finally decided on the Bulgogi Combo with Chicken and Pan-Fried Dumplings, along with the chicken glass noodles.

The Bulgogi Combo with Chicken was easily the standout dish of my meal and the best item I ordered during my visit. This generous combo came with rice, pa jun (Korean pancake), pan-fried chicken with vegetables, and noodles, offering a wonderful variety of flavours and textures all on one plate.

If you are visiting Kim Galbi for the first time and are unsure what to order, I highly recommend starting with this combo. It provides a great introduction to the restaurant’s menu and allows you to experience several classic Korean flavours in one satisfying meal.
