What I Ordered & Pricing ⭐
During my last visit to Copper Branch I tried the Aztec Bowl. Priced at $14.95, I think this bowl offers excellent value for the quality, portion size, and fresh ingredients. It's a satisfying combination of plant-based protein, whole grains, and vegetables, making it a great option for a healthy lunch or dinner.
One of the best things about Copper Branch's Power Bowls is that you can customize your meal by choosing your preferred base and protein. Bases include brown rice, quinoa, or mixed lettuce, while protein options include tempeh, shiitake teriyaki, falafel, and tofu cubes.
For my bowl, I chose brown rice as the base and tempeh as my protein. I also added an extra 8 oz. of Shiitake Teriyak for $4.95 (before tax), which was well worth it. The Aztec Bowl is loaded with sweet potato cubes, corn and mango salsa, black beans, guacamole, sour cream, broccoli, beets, carrots, lettuce, mung beans, pumpkin seeds, and crispy corn chips. Every bite was fresh, colorful, and full of flavour.
To complete your meal, Copper Branch also offers various beverages, including coconut water, kombucha, coffee, and other refreshing drinks, available for an additional cost.
